Cortico-Cancellous Strip-Block is a monocortical allograft with two sides of cortical and cancellous and usually recovered from femor bone. Since a wide blood circulaion is important when using Cortico-Cancellous Strip, the cancellous side will be in contact with the patient body (for a better blood circulation) and the cortical side will use for proper fixation.
